Meet Your Practitioner

Colin Harris MSN, RN, DTCM, DOMP, R.Ac., C.SMA

I know what it is like to struggle with an injury that was never treated properly. I had a martial arts neck injury and three whiplash injuries in rear-end car collisions in a five-year period about 30 years ago.

"All soft tissue injury, not much you can do," doctors said. At the time I was not a practitioner, so who was I to know anything different? Conventional therapy was not helping.

Colin's Journey To Recovery

My neck injury gave me horrendous headaches and it progressed into upper back tension, then low back and hip pain over the years as multiple layers of compensations were created. I suffered for years thinking nothing could be done, hoping one day, over time, it would get better.

It did not, which even led to some mild depression because none of it was my fault. Well what I did find out was that there were therapies that could help, so you can get better and that is why I am not a one modality practitioner and I have sought out the type of treatments that actually work, and fast and have lasting results.

I have integrated them into my clinical practice. There is hope, you can get better, you can let go of your pain and feel better about yourself without masking it with drugs or maintaining your dysfunction with therapies that don't work. If you are committed to getting better I am with you all the way!

Colin blends Acupuncture, Sports Medicine Acupuncture,® Rapid NeuroFascial Reset, Neurokinetic Therapy and Manual Osteopathy to eliminate pain and provide the best possible outcomes.
